Abstract

In order to ensure that the equipment structure meets the required quality characteristics during operation, quality control work must be carried out systematically. Operational integrity is a general quality characteristic of equipment structure with strong comprehensive features, and it is of great significance to carry out quality control from the perspective of operational integrity. This paper introduces the concepts and representation methods of equipment structure operational integrity, and further proposes and analyzes seven tasks involved in the Equipment Structure Operational Integrity Program (ESOIP). These tasks include equipment structure quality demonstration, design information, design analyses and development testing, process data packaging, full-scale testing, certification and force management development, as well as force management execution. The equipment structure quality control strategy based on operational integrity is to strictly implement the ESOIP. Consequently, this paper delineates a specific implementation strategy for equipment structure quality control, focusing on two dimensions: the entire lifecycle and multi-element integration, based on the ESOIP.
