Abstract:

Reliability is one of the most important indexes of airborne weapon. To improve the precision of reliability demonstration on airborne weapon, the characteristics of the airborne are studied and a synthetic reliability demonstration method for airborne weapon is proposed with dynamic population statistics. According to the theory of dynamic population statistics, the environment factor and growth factor are introduced to describe the relation of reliability between varied environments and varied phases. Then, with the factors, the test data from various environment conditions and various develop phases is used to establish the reliability demonstration scheme. With the method, various test data is used synthetically to enlarge the sample size and increase the information for reliability demonstration. The present method is used to demonstrate the embarkation flight reliability and flying reliability of an airborne weapon. The result shows that the method is able to reduce the flying test samples and decrease the test charge and time.
