THE CRITICAL PATH AND LARGEST CANDIDATE TIME PRIORITY METHOD FOR GT PRODUCTION LINE BALANCING PROBLEM

Abstract: By merging the preced.ice diagrams of products in the group,the GT production line can be transformed into single production line. The critical path and largest candidate time priority method based on several efficient heuristic assembly line balancing method (RPW).Comsoal method and huristic network method are proposed. Using the method, we have computed many examples in literatures and made comparison with the RPW method.The results are proved to be satisfactory application in practice. This method has been used in balancing a GT assembly line of four pneumatic drill in Qianshao Machinery Factory.
