Abstract: This paper presents a study of the transfinite interpolation grid-generation. The developed procedure is used to generate two dime-nsi onal grids around airfoils and three dimensional ones around wing-body configurations. As a noniterative method, it requires lesscomputational work, and can equally be applied to different grid topologies. The computational results show the effectiveness of the presentmethod.
