Abstract: This paper shows by means of the analysis of controllability and observability that the present cabin pressure control system is not controllable for all. states, so it is not a good method. This paper presents a new scheme for control and measurement,it controls the rate of change of pressure and measures the pressure. This new system is controllable and observable for all. states.So it is a good one.
