Abstract: A computer aided cutting data acquisition and processing system is developed. Tool wear, cutting forces, cutting temperature and tool vibration can be measured automatically with satisfying precision and various cutting tests can be carried out efficiently by the use of the system. The system provides an efficient way of experimental data collection for machining data bant.
