Abstract: Friction is an important factor to affect the super low speed property of continuous rotary electro hydraulic servomotor applied to simulator. This paper introduces some types of inner friction of motor, systematically analyzes the vane’s loaded state. The results of simulation show the variation law of frictional torque. In the meantime, this paper proposes some measures to improve the frictional property.
