A MICROPROCESSOR-BASED AUTOMATION TEST SYSTEM FOR THE EXPERIMENT OF THE MULTI-STAGE COMPRESSOR

Abstract: An automation test system that is controlled by the microprocessor and used in the multi-stage compressor experiment is described. Based on the analysis of the compressor experiment performances, a complete hardware system structure is set up. It is composed of a IBM PC/XT computer, a large scale sampled data system, the moving ma chine with three directions, the scanners, the digital instrumentations and some output devices. A program structure of real-time software system is described. The testing results show that this test system can take the measure of many parameter magnitudes in the blade row places and on a boundary layer on different states. The automatical extent and the accuracy of experiment is increased and the experimental cost is reduced.
