CAD OF THE COMPLICATED OPTICAL SYSTEMS IN AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING

Abstract: Optical automatic design of cornplicated optical systems and non-coaxial optical systems in aeronautical engineering is discussed, the rnain theoretical and technical problems in CAD of these optical systems are studied.The main problems include the application of Chebyshev numer-ical integral theory to build a new type of quality function in automatic optimization, coordination of the new type of quality index with traditional spot diagram in order to resolve the contradiction between the calculation quantity and optimization quality of the optical system,automatical recog-nition adn handling of slow convergent or divergent states,treatment of nonlinearity in iterations,and the way to extract the information of boundary quality of the system and eliminate the violations of the boundarv conditions.
