RESEARCH ON HYBRID CONTROL METHOD OF MOMENTAL LOAD SIMULATOR OF ACTUATOR

Abstract: This paper carries out the thorough analysis and research to the momental load simulator by means of electro hydraulic servo control to realize loading. Aiming at the problems of the extraneous force moment and parameters variation, an exact mathematical model is established, and a new kind of compound control strategy is proposed, which consists of constant compensation for disturbance, internal loop robust PID control and forward error integral and output proportion control. By means of this kind of control law, the robustness and tracking property of loading systems can be improved greatly, and the extraneous force is decreased by 99%.
