Abstract: A signal processing method of changing sample rates being used in airborne radar look-down detecting the moving targets from the earth-clutter is proposed in this paper. First the signal model analysis is given, and then the application of the changing sample rates processing is discussed for the signal model. Finally, the results of simulation are given, showing that the method is very effective.
