Abstract: Having added an additive to Alcaline Zincate Bath, the electrodeposition process of Zn Fe alloy and the factors with effects on Fe content in Zn Fe alloy were investigated.Neutral salt spray test shows that the corrosion resistance of Zn Fe alloy deposition containing 0.4～0.8wt% Fe is as tow times as that of Zinc coating at least. According to the morphology observation after corrosion, the mechanism of corrosion resistance of Zn Fe alloy deposit was discussed simply.
