Abstract: The author deems that science and culture are the two major cornerstones of human civilization and the splendid Chinese culture ought to make a more notable contribution to the human civilization development in the new millenary and new century. In the evolution course of mankind, the science of which human beings study themselves - the human science (original human nature) domain is an important realm that will be very competitive in the future. Today, the combination of the human science domain and the information technology is a very important trend and has substantial meaning. Developing information technology is an eternal theme of the evolution course of mankind and developing information processing tools with certain thinking capacity is the arduous and inevitable path of the strategic development of the "computer". There is sufficient room for the joint development of information technology, information system and social, economic development, but it is imperative to be in keeping with the rules of the joint developing systems.
