角振动标准装置研究

Abstract

Abstract: In order to improve the dynamic evaluating capabilities for Inertial devices and resolve the traceability and unify problem in angular vibration quantity, the angular vibration calibration devices were researched. By studying high-frequency and low frequency standard angular vibrators, standard measurement methods and system, sine-approximation calibration methods, a primary angular calibration devices with 0.05Hz～600Hz frequency range, 0.1rad/s2～1760rad/s2 angular acceleration range and wave-distortion below 2% was developed. This equipment will provide the calibration for the sensitivity magnitude and the phase shift at the same time. Having more load bearing compared with the angular vibration calibration device in PTB, it could be more widely used in dynamic test besides the quantity dissemination.
