针对复杂作战环境中组网飞行器拦截多机动目标分配问题，提出一种考虑通信及视场约束的分布式非均衡动态目标分配方法。综合考虑通信延迟以及视场约束，基于通信有限跳数机制构建局部动态目标分配模型。同时，针对动态环境中局部组网系统拓扑结构变换，设计了自适应组网动态重构机制。基于飞行器间信息交互机制，提出了局部组网动态拓扑结构的自适应调整策略，设计了扩展多步一致性目标分配算法。针对目标机动导致报价频繁更新以及局部动态环境中分配冲突消解问题，分别设计了结合阈值的动态拍卖算法以及扩展多步一致性冲突消解规则，通过限制报价更新频率以及共识变量设计相应消解规则，实现动态环境中稳定、快速且高精度的冲突消解。仿真结果表明，该方法可解决通信及视场约束下的非均衡动态目标分配问题，同时可有效改善过程中分配效能、提高终端拦截概率。

For the target assignment problem of networked aircraft swarms intercepting multiple maneuvering targets in complex operational environments, a distributed unbalanced dynamic target assignment algorithm considering communication and field-of-view (FOV) constraints is proposed. Comprehensively accounting for communication delays and FOV constraints, a local dynamic target assignment model is built based on the limited communication hop count mechanism. An adaptive network dynamic reconfiguration mechanism is designed for topological changes of local networked systems in dynamic environments, and adaptive adjustment of local network topology is realized by clarifying inter-aircraft information interaction. On this basis, a multi-cycle consensus target assignment algorithm is developed. To handle frequent bid updates caused by target maneuvering and assignment conflicts in local dynamic environments, a threshold-based dynamic auction algorithm and multi-cycle consensus local conflict resolution rules are designed. By limiting bid update frequency and designing resolution rules based on new consensus variables, stable, fast and high-precision conflict resolution in dynamic environments is achieved. Simulation results show the algorithm solves the unbalanced dynamic target assignment of aircraft swarms under communication and FOV constraints, and can effectively improve the assignment effectiveness during the process as well as the terminal interception probability.
