低空经济是一种新型的经济形态，作为战略新兴产业，在国家和地方各方面政策的支持下快速发展，正在成为推动国民经济增长的重要力量。通过识别低空经济创新链的底层关键技术问题，探索从创新链入手关联推动产业融合发展的实施路径，可形成低空经济发展产业链相关企业、科研机构所面临问题的解决思路；通过对某机型底层关键技术问题的考察，探讨其在地方区位和产业条件下的落地实施方案；进一步以突破新产业发展关键卡点和增长点效率最大化为目标，对低空经济全产业链发展提出展望，可为建立企业、高校科研院所、银证机构等不同角色在政府政策引导下的实施路径提供参考。

The low-altitude economy, which is regarded as a strategic emerging industry, refers to comprehensive economic forms. Backed by national and regional supportive policies, China’s low-altitude economy is experiencing rapid expansion and is be-coming a powerful economic force. By identifying the underlying key technological challenges within the innovation chain of the low-altitude economy and exploring the implementation paths of promoting integrated industrial development by associating through the innovation chain, the solution strategies of the issues faced by the enterprises and scientific research institutions involved in the industrial chain of low-altitude economy development can be formed. Through the examination of the underly-ing key technological challenges of a certain model, the implementation schemes tailored to local conditions and industrial con-texts can be explored. Furthermore, with the aim of breaking through the key developmental bottlenecks and maximizing the efficiency of new industry growth points, the forward-looking perspectives on the development of entire low-altitude economy industrial chain are proposed, which offers references for establishing implementation paths for various stakeholders, including enterprises, universities, research institutes, and financial institutions, under the guidance of government policies.
