摘要

新一代高超声速飞行器流-热-固耦合问题研究对准确评估与设计飞行器热防护系统结构尤为重要。本文回顾了高超声速飞行器的发展历程与现状。从物理含义出发,对高超声速流-热-固耦合问题各学科间的耦合关系以及各自的建模方法进行了归纳。对高超声速飞行器流-热-固耦合问题的研究进展,特别是流-热-固多场耦合分析策略/方法进行了总结。从平台框架、功能模块、耦合方法和技术特点等方面,对我国自主研发的热环境/热响应耦合计算分析平台(FL-CAPTER)进行了阐述。最后,对高超声速飞行器流-热-固耦合问题发展所面临的问题和今后的发展趋势进行了讨论。

Abstract

A review of the state-of-the-art on fluid-thermal-structural coupling in hypersonic flow is provided. First, this paper briefly reviews the history and current status of the development of hypersonic vehicle. Starting from the physical definition, the coupling relationship between the various disciplines of hypersonic fluid-thermal-structural coupling problem and their modeling are summarized. Progress on the hypersonic vehicle fluid-thermal-structural coupling problem, especially in multidisciplinary coupling analysis strategies/methods, are summarized. From the aspect of the platform framework, function modules, coupling methods and technical features, etc., the coupled analysis plat-form for thermal environment and structure response (FL-CAPTER) developed by China aerodynamic research and development center (CARDC) are introduced. Finally, the development of the problems faced and future direc-tions in hypersonic vehicle fluid-thermal-structural coupling problem are outlined.
