摘要

针对星载二次电源电磁兼容试验中辐射发射的超标问题,提出了电磁兼容预设计方法。分析二次电源电磁干扰产生的机理,利用SPICE仿真器建立传导干扰的电路等效模型,优化电路设计得到传导干扰源;应用修正的单线模型近似计算辐射干扰,根据计算结果,利用遗传算法优化等效偶极子的数目和分布位置建立场等效模型;基于场路结合的方法,以传导干扰谐波源为新的激励源导入场等效模型仿真辐射干扰。根据近似计算和仿真分析,提出从原理电路和电路板版图改进的措施,从而实现电源研制初期的预设计。对比仿真结果和实测数据,二者趋势基本一致。该方法的应用使得辐射发射标准测试一次顺利通过。

Abstract

This paper presents an electromagnetic compatibility predesign method to deal with the radiation emission of a satellite’s secondary electrical power supply. The method analyzes the causes of electromagnetic interference. By using a SPICE simulator, this paper establishes an equivalent circuit model of conducted interference, with which circuit parameters are optimized and conducted interference sources are simulated. Radiated interference is approximately computed with an amendatory mongline model. According to the approximate computation, the number and position of the equivalent dipoles are optimized by genetic algorithm for the equivalent field model. Basing on the field-circuit combination method, the conducted interference results obtained from simulation become the excitation source of the equivalent field model for the calculation of radiated interference. In order to achieve predesign optimization for the circuit and the printed circuit board, measures are proposed according to the simulation results. Simulation results and experimental data show good agreement. The radiated emission standard test is passed successfully with the application of this method.
