军用飞机效费综合特性研究

摘要: 从目前军用飞机效费比概念在实际应用中存在的问题出发,以军用飞机效费综合特性为研究对象,阐述了其产生的背景、定义、内涵、度量方法、控制规律、参数体系和全寿命管理与控制的工作流程,建立了军用飞机效费综合特性及其全寿命管理与控制的基本理论、方法和技术框架。基于目前型号工程中的应用实践,对其应用前景作了进一步的展望。

Abstract: Starting with problems that occur in applying cost-effectiveness ratio concept to practical engineering, an in-depth study is conducted on integrated cost-effectiveness characteristics, including its background, definition, connotation, measurement methods, control laws, parameter system, and the workflow of life-cycle management and control, and establishing the new basic concept, methods and technology framework for integrated cost-effectiveness characteristics and its life-cycle management and control. On the basis of the current aircraft type engineering, the study also explores the future applications of the research results.
