改善开关磁阻ISG性能的控制策略研究

摘要: 针对宽转速范围开关磁阻ISG 的起动转矩平稳性差和发电性能不理想, 提出用TMS302C31 和CPLD 协调工作以改善开关磁阻ISG 性能的控制思路, 给出了起动和发电状态详细的CPLD 时序控制逻辑仿真图、绕组相电流波形仿真图和原理样机实测波形图; 讨论了I SG 在典型状态的DSP 的控制策略框图, 试验结果表明, 发电状态在4 倍负载突加、2 倍突卸条件下, 其稳态和瞬态性能仍满足MIL-STD-704E 标准。

Abstract: Control strategies of the combination of digital signal processor TMS320C31 and CPLD fo r improv ing theperfo rmance in starting torque and electr ic generating voltag e of sw itched reluctance integr al starter/ generator in aw ide speed range is proposed. T he t ime-sequence control log ic simulation diag ram and phase winding current numerical simulations are compared with test results at different status. T he control strategies of t he typical electric generating states are gived. Test results of t he steady-state vo ltage generating preformance and t he transient response oft he prototy pe manufactured still meet the standard of MIL-STD-704E under fourfold nominal step loading andtw ifold nominal remo val.
