在25℃和-40℃环境下的3种航空材料的疲劳品质研究

摘要: 为了研究低温和常温环境下的航空金属材料的疲劳品质,进行了-40℃和25℃2种温度环境下的LY12CZ,LC4CS和30CrMnSiNi2A3种材料的S-N曲线的对比试验研究。通过S-N曲线的对比,可以看出3种材料在-40℃下的S-N曲线全部高于常温25℃下的S-N曲线;从试验寿命上比较,-40℃的裂纹形成寿命,在中等寿命区,比常温25℃下的裂纹形成寿命平均高3倍。这说明低温环境可提高裂纹形成寿命。

Abstract: To study the fatigue behavior of aeronautical materials at low temerature and room temperature, the S-N curves of LY12CZ, LC4CS aluminium alloys and 30CrMnSiNi2A steel were tested at -40℃ and 25℃ separately. From the results, it can be found that the S-N curves of these materials at -40℃ are higher than those at 25℃; Compared with the fatigue life at different temperatues in the middle life region, the crack initial life at -40℃ is three times higher than those at 25℃. All the results show that the low temperature invironment is helpful to improve the crack intial life.
