Path analysis and network performance simulation based on near space vehicle

In recent years, near space network has become a research hotspot. However, it is difficult to achieve reliable communication due to the complex path and high dynamic characteristics of near space vehicle, and thus it is necessary to simulate the performance based on proper mobility model. This paper analyzes the whole path of the near space vehicle, sets up models at different flight phases on QualNet platform, and conducts performance simulation based on ad hoc on-demand distance vector(AODV) routing protocol.Simulation results provide some bases for the integrated-space-air-ground spacecraft TT&C(telemetry, tracking and command) and communication network.
