Abstract

Abstract: August 6, 2019 is one-year anniversary in memory of Professor Naixing Chen, one of the renowned engineering thermophysicists in China. This article consists of six parts, elaborating Professor Chen's main academic achievements and major contributions to the scientific development in China. He devoted all his life to the engineering thermophysics field of his country, and his spirit in terms of the pursuit of excellence will always be an inspiration for us to forge ahead.
