面向任务阶段的加速寿命试验方案综合设计

摘要

弹上电子部件会随弹经历多个任务阶段,在加速寿命试验中各阶段独立设计,不考虑任务阶段间的影响,会给试验结果带来很大偏差。对此,提出一种Weibull分布下面向任务阶段的加速寿命试验综合设计方法。基于弹上部件在不同任务阶段的敏感应力分析,构建分段加速寿命模型;采用分层混合设计方法确定试验总体剖面,解决不同阶段应力水平的组合问题;采用基于失效率的变应力加速寿命试验模型进行整体设计,以正常应力条件下产品中位寿命估计的渐近方差最小为优化准则,采用极大似然估计理论,构建试验综合设计的数学模型,实现非恒定形状参数的Weibull分布下分阶段加速寿命试验的综合设计。对某型弹上电子部件的两阶段加速寿命试验进行综合设计,分析表明采用该方法得到的试验方案考虑了前一阶段试验对后一阶段的影响,比各阶段独立设计所得方案的寿命估计精度高。
