提出了一种采用高压空气膜除湿组件的飞机新型环境控制系统(ECS)。在分析了系统工作原理的基础上,建立了该系统中各主要部件的数学模型,并采用分块建模的思想,开发了该新型环境控制系统的计算机仿真模型库,并与传统高压除水飞机环境控制系统进行了性能仿真比较。仿真结果表明:所开发的模型库具有良好的动态响应性能和稳态值;与传统系统相比采用膜除湿的飞机新型环境控制系统在系统结构、性能和重量方面有一定的优势,值得进行深入的性能试验研究,以为膜除湿飞机新型环境控制系统(MADECS)研究奠定良好的基础。
A new type of aircraft environmental control system (ECS) using a membrane-based high-pressure air dehumidification package is proposed. According to its working principle, the mathematical models of key components of the system are established, based on which a performance simulation of this new type of ECS is carried out with module structure models, and this performance is compared with that of a conventional two-wheel high-pressure water-separation ECS. The simulation results show that the simulation model has good dynamic response and steady-state values, and the new aircraft ECS using membrane dehumidification possesses some advantages in terms of system structure, performance and weight compared with the conventional system. Therefore, it is worthy of further system experimental research to lay a good foundation for the development of a new type of membrane-based air dehumidification aircraft environmental control system (MADECS).
