摘要:

可持续航空燃料(SAF)是航空业在中短期内实现负碳排放目标中最具潜力的新能源解决方案之一。目前,国际民航组织(ICAO)正积极推动可持续航空燃料的发展,美国、欧盟等国家和国际组织也在制定相关技术路线图,并承诺实现发展目标。然而,可持续航空燃料仍处于发展的初期阶段,特别是在发展中国家,面临着多重挑战,包括原材料供应问题、规模化生产难题、航空燃料安全性标准以及可持续性的认证问题,最终导致成品燃料价格较高。因此,针对上述发展困境提出未来SAF战略发展方向,需进一步完善SAF原料和技术加工的供应链建设,基于系统安全思考革新安全性认证标准,完善可持续性认证体系和标准,实现全产业链下协同化发展,并提出了航空发动机视角下加快推进中国SAF产业高质量发展的建议。

Abstract:

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) is considered one of the most promising new energy solutions for achieving net-negative carbon emissions in the aviation sector in the near to medium term. Currently, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is actively promoting the development of SAF, with countries and international organizations such as the United States and the European Union formulating corresponding technology roadmaps and committing to development targets. However, SAF remains in its early stages of development and particularly in developing countries, faces multiple challenges, including issues related to feedstock supply, difficulties in large-scale production, aviation fuel safety standards, and sustainability certification, all of which contribute to the relatively high cost of SAF products. In response to these challenges, this paper proposes strategic directions for the future development of SAF and emphasizes the improvement of feedstock supply chains and processing technologies. Based on systemic safety perspectives, it advocates innovation in safety certification standards, and recommends the refinement of sustainability certification systems and standards. The goal is to achieve coordinated development across the entire SAF industry chain and provide suggestions from the perspective of aero-engine compatibility to accelerate the high-quality development of the SAF industry in China.
