Abstract: Traditional threat assessment uses weighted summation method. However, the final threat sequence lacks the characteristics of each target, and the weight setting process is complicated. Based on the theory of skyline selection, a multistage skyline selection method is proposed. Combined with the multi-level threat assessment modeling, a threat assessment model based on the multilayer and multistage skyline selection method is established, which effectively eliminates the interference of personal preferences and other factors in the process of weight setting. The attributes of each target on each evaluation dimension are presented. The simulation results show that the obtained threat assessment results are comprehensive and intuitive, providing an important basis for commanders to make follow-up decisions in different situations.
