钛合金TC4高速铣削表面形貌及表层组织研究

摘要: 钛合金高速铣削加工以高效率、高质量的优点已经广泛应用于航空航天工业。为优化钛合金材料高速铣削工艺参数,给表面完整性研究提供试验依据,采用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了不同铣削参数加工的钛合金试样表面形貌和表层组织。发现随着主轴转速的增加铣削表面质量越来越好,而轴向切深对钛合金高速铣削工件表层微观组织的影响甚微;铣刀一次走过的区域,中心处表面比边缘处表面质量好;绝大部分铣削表层组织中看不到变形组织,只是在个别区域出现了局部不连续的变质层,但切道侧面尖角处晶粒歪扭变形明显。

Abstract: The high-speed milling of titanium material has been widely used in aerospace industry for its high-efficiency and high-quality advantages. In order to provide experimental basis for optimizing the parameters of high-speed milling titanium materials and study on surface integrity, the surface morphology and microstructure of the high-speed milling of titanium with different parameters are analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results are as follows: the milling surface quality becomes better with increasing spindle speed; axial cutting depth has little effect on the surface microstructure of samples; the quality of the surface machined by a milling cutter along a straight path for one cutting gets worse from the centre to the edge; at the experiment condition, the deformed microstructure does not appear at almost all milling surface, but only at some very small part of the milling surface and the place cut by the tip of the cutter.
