摘要:

通过理论分析和试验,导出汽心泵稳定工作的基本方程和性能参数之间的函数关系;分析了当转速、压力、流量和负载系数变化时,汽心对泵特性所起的调节作用;提出决定相对汽心直径的特征参数p_2/n~2D_2~2;还讨论了汽心泵的极限工作状态和最大流量调节范围。

Abstract:

The fundamental equation of vapor pump and the functional relationship between, parameters are derived at stable operating condition in this paper.The performance of pump regulated by the vapor core during the variation of rotational speed, pressure, mass flow and loading factor is also analysed.A characteristic parameter P2/n2D22,which determines the relative diameter of vapour core is proposed.Additionally,the maximum operating condition and the range of maximum flow are discussed.
