摘要: 研制了一种直升机旋翼系统金属橡胶—钢丝绳索减摆阻尼器,对其建立了非对称弹性黏性阻尼双折线迟滞恢复力模型,利用Fourier级数展开法对模型作线性化处理,基于力—位移迟滞回线中恢复力各个成分关于位移的对称关系,设计了一种参数分离的物理参数识别算法,数值仿真显示算法精度和抗噪性高,采用振幅3.2mm,频率3Hz的正弦位移载荷激励减摆器时,实测结果的计算表明模型及算法可用于实际研究。

Abstract: A metal rubber-steel wire shimmy damper of helicopter rotor is developed. Firstly, the bilinear hysteresis model with non-symmetry elastic storing forces and viscous damping is established refering to the force-displacement hysteresis curve of the shimmy damper. At the same time the nonlinear model is linearized by the Fourier series expansion. Secondly, the separating-parameter identification arithmetic is presented based on the geometrical symmetry relationship of each restoring force component in the force-displacement hysteresis curve. To prove the credibility of the separating-parameter identification arithmetic, a bilinear hysteretic simulation element with non-symmetry cubicre elastic storing forces and viscous damping is established. Simulation result shows that the arithmetic has high fitting accuracy and noise proof feature. Finally, when the shimmy damper system is excited by the sine displacement load whose amplitude is 3.2 mm and frequency is 3 Hz, the calculation results show that the model and identification arithmetic can be used in practical application.
