摘要:

在测量推进器推力,特别是微推力时,常受到推进器的引线(如工质管道、电源线和信号线等)的干扰。如果不将推进器安装在测试台架上,而只对准探头喷射,进行间接测力,则可避免引线干扰的问题。但探头所受到的冲击力与推进器产生的真正推力是有区别的。通过实验和数值模拟两种方法来揭示它们之间的关系,发现它们之间几乎成一固定的比例关系。由此比例关系可以方便地利用探头测力来推算出真正推力值。

Abstract:

Thrust test, especially micro thrust test, is often disturbed by the pipes or wires connected to the thruster. If the thruster being tested is not fixed on the test stand and only ejects towards a test probe, then the above problem can be avoided. But the probesensed force is different from the real thrust. The relation between the real thrust and the probesensed force by experimental and numerical methods are investigated, respectively. It is founded that they have a linear relationship. With this linear relationship, the real thrust force can be figured out by the probe-sensed force conveniently.
