弹射座椅减速性能的数值仿真计算

Numerical Simulation of Deceleration Performance of Ejection Seat

摘要: 减速性能是火箭弹射座椅的一个重要性能指标,而且一直不能得到很好的评估预测,只能根据地面弹射试验和经验粗略估计座椅的减速性能。采用数值仿真的方法,在获得弹射座椅的气动参数的基础上求解空间六自由度方程,得到了各气动参数以及座椅的减速性能。方法基于计算流体力学以及matlab的simulink仿真工具箱。最后数值仿真的结果与地面弹射试验的数据进行比较,其平均误差小于5%,说明数值计算的结果是比较准确的。数值仿真的方法在弹射座椅研究中的应用是完全可行的,有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: Deceleration performance is an important performance of ejection seat,whose evaluation is coarse till now and can be estimated,only according to the ground ejection experiment or experience.In this paper a numerical simulation approach based on CFD and matlab simulink,is presented to simulate the ejection process of ejection seat and achieving its deceleration performance.The 6 degree of freedom (6DOF) equations are solved after achieving the aerodynamic coefficients of ejection seat.The average difference of the results compared with the experiment data is less than 5% and in the range of permission.
