摘要:

针对目前飞机健康状态不易准确评估的难题,以飞机液压系统为具体研究对象,提出一种基于模糊灰色聚类和组合赋权相结合的健康状态综合评估新方法。首先,利用熵权法和层次分析法(AHP)分别计算并确定飞机液压系统各关键部件相关参数的权重,再通过组合赋权法将上述两种权重进行组合,得到具有主客观意义的组合权重。第二,采用灰色聚类法评估飞机液压系统各关键部件的健康状态。针对评估结果,由飞机液压系统各关键部件聚类系数创建飞机液压系统的健康评估模糊评判矩阵。然后依据该矩阵,采用熵权法和AHP分别求出各关键部件权重,并用组合赋权法进行组合。最终,采用模糊综合评判法评估飞机液压系统的健康状态。以某型飞机真实液压系统为例进行了试验验证,结果表明,所提出的基于模糊灰色聚类和组合赋权相结合的健康状态综合评估方法能够有效实现飞机液压系统健康评估的效能,具有很好的工程应用价值。

Abstract:

Considering this difficulty and taking the aircraft hydraulic system as the specific research object, the paper proposes a new method of health status comprehensive assessment based on fuzzy gray clustering with combination weithting. Firstly, use entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to respectively calculate and determine the related parameters' weights of the key parts of aircraft hydraulic system. Then, to get the subjective and objective sense weight, combine the two weights by the combination weithting method. And then, use gray clustering method to comprehensively assess the health status of each key part of aircraft hydraulic system. According to the above results, firstly, use the clustering coefficient of each key part to create the fuzzy evaluation matrix. Then, according to the matrix, apply entropy weight method and AHP to respectively calculate and determine the weight of each key part, and combine the two weights by combination assigning method. Finally, utilize the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to accurately assess the health status of aircraft hydraulic system. The method is verified by a practical case of aircraft hydraulic system. The results indicate that the proposed method can get good efficiency of the aircraft hydraulic system health status assessment, and has great value in engineering application.
