摘要: 以Y11X-2221 圆形电连接器为研究对象, 通过对电连接器进行失效物理分析、加速寿命试验和试验数据的统计处理, 求得了电连接器在随机振动应力作用下的可靠性参数估计值, 并对所建的振动可靠性统计模型进行了验证。

Abstract: The model Y11X-2221 electrical co nnector was taken as t he object; under the actio n of random vibrationstress, through the failure mechanism analysis, acceler ated life test and data analysis, the estimated value of reliabil??it y character has been attained, and the correctness of the reliabilit y statistical model has been verified.
